The Role:
As the Sales / Business Development Manager you will work between home and the Hull office and will be responsible for winning work predominantly for the service and maintenance division, targeting FM service providers and end user clients.
Although still relatively young, the business has already secured repeat business with key clients including a large national FM service provider and large hospitality venues and wants to build on this success with more long-term partnerships.
The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of sales / business development specifically targeting the Facilities Management service providers and have a good understanding of mechanical building services (heating, ventilation or air-conditioning).
You will be a self-starter, be highly motivated and want to build long term client partnerships.
This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of the success of this young but ambitious company and future prospects are excellent as the owner sees this role as key to future growth.
The Salary:
c50k to c60k, uncapped commission, car (pickup) / allowance.
