Description
As a Sales Order Processor you will be first point of contact for businesses handling any queries and taking orders and processing these ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
You will be preparing quotations for customers following up on these accordingly working with other members of the business to provide a seamless process.
The role will also involve administrative duties and resolving any issues or complaints working towards service level agreements.
Profile
Previous customer service/sales order processing experience
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills
A positive can do attitude
An excellent team player
