About the Role:As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of education by stepping in to cover staff absences. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and provide a stimulating learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:-
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.

Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and school environments.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.

Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher or create engaging content where required.

Provide feedback to the school on student progress and behaviour.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience working in primary or secondary education.

Strong classroom management skills.

Adaptability and confidence in delivering lessons at short notice.

A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
