Are you a Design Manager or similar with a background in architecture looking to join an international company where you will oversee projects for major household names such as Lexus and Harley-Davidson, and given the autonomy to implement your own vision and bring creative concepts to life?
On offer is the opportunity to join a leading design studio, overseeing impactful retail showroom refurbishments from concept through completion in a hands-on role managing multiple design projects with a range of high-end clients with international travel prospects available.
In this role, you will coordinate the entire design process, including detailed drawing creation, regulatory compliance, and timely client updates. You'll also manage project timelines, budgets, and conduct occasional on-site visits to ensure work is on track and aligned with client expectations.
This position would suit an experienced Design Manager or similar with a background in architecture wanting to contribute to high-quality design projects from introduction to completion within an international company.
The Role
- Manage design projects from start to finish
- Create and organize detailed architectural drawings
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients on progress
- Mon-Fri 9-5
The Person
- Design Manager or similar (Architecture)
- CAD/Revit proficient
- UK Building Regulations knowledge
- Commutable to Hull
- Portfolio available
