Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Fleet & Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of their vehicle fleet while supporting various administrative functions. As the Fleet & Office Administrator, you'll wear many hats! Your responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule regular maintenance and repairs for fleet vehicles.
  • Keep service records and warranties meticulously updated.
  • Coordinate vehicle usage, track mileage, and monitor fuel consumption.
  • Ensure safety regulations are met and vehicles pass inspections.
  • Assist drivers with vehicle-related inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support during accidents, breakdowns, and emergencies.
  • Monitor and document driving contraventions.
  • Log details, inform drivers of any contraventions, and manage fines.
  • Verify new drivers and handle all insurance claims related to incidents.
  • Collaborate with insurance providers on coverage matters.
  • Manage general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and communications.
  • Provide essential support across departments during high-demand periods.
  • Assist with reports, meetings, and presentations.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous experience in fleet administration, insurance, or office management.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers, employees, and other departments.
