GSL Education are looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join an outstanding school located in Hull. You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher, you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.

Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and innovative lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students.
- Help develop teaching resources and strategies alongside the teacher.
- Support students in line with individual learning needs and educational goals.
- Foster a positive learning environment and inspire students to succeed.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in working as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Have an updated CV (with two relevant references from the last two years and covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
