Principal Resourcing are currently working with numerous primary schools and academies who are looking to recruit Achievement Support Assistants for ad hoc and long-term positions in Hull. We are working with clients who are seeking Achievement Support Assistants who are available on a part-time and full-time basis.

You will work collaboratively as part of a friendly staff team, to promote consistency in learning, high achievement, positive wellbeing and be committed to providing an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all pupils within your care.

Your role as a Achievement Support Assistant:

Support the teacher to engage students in learning & build confidence.

Adapt to the diverse needs of students within your care.

Maintain strong classroom management & promote high standards for learning.

Support students to positively progress, through suitable intervention.

Collaborate effectively as part of a positive and child-centred staff team.

We are seeking Practitioners with:

A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.

Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with the UK Curriculum.

An enhanced DBS disclosure or be willing to obtain one through us.

Right to Work in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to offer Visa Sponsorship.
