Location: Hull (Various Locations, Travel Required)

The Role
As a Scheme Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care across multiple supported living settings. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
Develop and review support plans, ensuring they meet the needs of individuals.
Build strong relationships with local authorities, external agencies, and families.
Manage recruitment, induction, and training of staff to maintain a skilled workforce.
Monitor budgets, rotas, and performance, ensuring efficient service delivery.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous management experience in a care setting, ideally within supported living.
An NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A full UK driving license due to the travel requirements of the role.
