An enthusiastic, experienced, Social Work qualified Group Manager is needed to lead the long term Looked after Children service in Hull following the promotion of the current Group Manager, pending recruitment of a permanent Group Manager.

The role includes the line management of four permanent experienced Team Managers and oversight of a busy service.

As well as oversight of our long term CLA in four teams you will be required to manage complex risk , oversee children in welfare and mental health secure facilities, support transition and facilitate joint working with partner agencies.

The service was assessed as 'good' in the last ILACS inspection and our goal is to continue to develop the service in readiness for the next focused visit and ILACS inspection.
