We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Hull, providing essential support to students within a vibrant and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:? Work closely with teachers to provide tailored support for students.? Assist pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or those who require additional learning support.? Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.? Support students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.? Help with classroom activities, engagement, and behaviour management.? Encourage student confidence, independence, and well-being.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Experience working with children or young people (school, tutoring, mentoring, or care settings).?? A patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic approach.?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.?? A passion for education and supporting young learners.?? Experience with SEN (desirable but not essential).?? A willingness to learn and develop within the role.
