What you will be doing:

Processing orders from customers received by email and telephone
Respond to queries, (including technical) from customers via email and telephone.
Drawing up quotes based on customer requirements
Advising customers on the best technical way to meet their requirements
Liaising with the shop floor manager regarding specifications, customer requirements and lead times.

We’re looking for:

Experience speaking with customers over the telephone - good energy.
Good computer literacy.
Mechanically and technically minded
Inquisitive
Confidence to ask questions
