Prepare engaging teaching materials and resources, delivering high-quality, interactive learning experiences.
Coach and mentor students, guiding them through their accounting programmes and reinforcing their learning through practical applications.
Monitor and assess learner progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure success at every stage.
Collaborate with colleagues to support learners across different programmes, ensuring all records and tracking are up to date.
Foster a dynamic learning environment, where every student feels supported and motivated to achieve their best.

Non Negotiables:

A Level 3/4 qualification in Accounting.
A Level 3 Award in Education and Training/Cert Ed/PGCE.
Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in English and maths.
L3 Assessor qualification
