- Manage international shipping logistics and customer communications.
- Obtain freight quotes and arrange truck, air, and ocean shipments.
- Prepare and verify export documentsÂ
- Coordinate and track import documents with stakeholders
- Ensure on-time deliveries and maintain shipping schedules.
- Verify and approve freight, customs, and commercial invoices.
- Resolve international shipping issues and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare packing lists for domestic and international shipments.
- Communicate shipping updates and issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in warehouse operations as needed
- Previous experience in logistics and international shipping. (3 years minimum)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence in using MS Office (experience with MRP systems like SAP is a bonus).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with customers and suppliers.
- A proactive approach and willingness to be flexible when required
