Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This role involves supporting confidential personnel meetings, maintaining departmental organization, managing electronic rostering, and overseeing recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with confidential personnel meetings, including booking venues and distributing agendas and minutes.
* Maintain tidy and well-organized working areas.
* Manage spreadsheets of staff against commissioned hours and ensure accurate rota checks.
* Support Senior Support Staff with the electronic rostering system.
* Coordinate with the central Bank Team for agency bookings and monitor agency expenditure.
* Organize and approve timesheets, overtime, and expense claims.
* Monitor staff overtime, annual leave, and ensure effective shift cover.
* Prepare monitoring statistics and reports as directed.
* Maintain accurate records of staff training, supervision, and sickness.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Management Team on recruitment and advertising.
* Write job packs and adverts, pre-screen applications, and arrange interviews.
* Be a point of contact for applicants and manage recruitment paperwork.
* Participate in interviews and oversee the local bank staff list.
* Research and implement innovative recruitment and development ideas.
