We are currently looking for a Senior Fabrication Supervisor to work on days, with a salary of circa 41,600.00. This is a permanent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading Manufacturing companies who have a highly reputable name within their specialised field.
A privately-owned business with strong links throughout their industry, they are market leaders within their sector offering and outstanding product. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Fabrication Supervisor to expand the business further.

Located a short drive from Hull, Withernsea, Bridlington and Beverley and surrounding areas.
Senior Fabrication Supervisor Role/Requirements:
- Supervising a team of up to 30 fabricator welders
- Working closely with the factory foreman
- Organise and control the work within the department in accordance with the production plan
- Monitoring ongoing production and ensuring that work is completed within the allocated time
- Ensuring that all material used is controlled, protected, and used correctly
- Attending production meetings as required
- Assisting the factory manager in maintaining any necessary overtime required to meet deadlines
- Ensure all work is carried out to the required standard and that all required inspection and test records are completed and signed off
Experience of the Senior Fabrication Supervisor:
- Supervisory experience within am engineering/fabrication environment is essential
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
- Ensures deadlines are met whilst working under pressure
What is on offer for the Senior Fabrication Supervisor:
- Salary: Circa 41,600.00
- 40 hours basic and overtime available at an uplifted rate
- 33 days Holiday including stats
- Working Days Monday to Thursday
- Ongoing training provided to up-skill further
Ideally the Senior Fabrication Supervisor will have previous experience working within the structural/modular industry.
