Our client is a producer of fresh vegetables based in Tarleton, Preston, and we are recruiting for experienced Hygiene Operatives to work on a temp to perm basis.
Hours of work:
Nights
8pm-4.30am
5 days out of 7
Must be able to work weekends
Rates of pay:
Experienced hygiene operatives will receive 14 per hour, and Saturdays and Sundays will be paid at 1 extra per hour. A weekly bonus of 40 will be paid for full attendance.
Training rate would be 12.50, but as soon as all training is complete (between 6-12 weeks) the higher rate will be applicable.
Duties:
- Cleaning and sanitation of production machinery
- Completion of hygiene documents
- Ensuring the correct cleaning chemicals are used for the cleaning task
- Other adhoc hygiene related tasks
- Adhere to the company's H&S policies and procedures
- Adhere to the company's Hygiene policies and procedures
Skills and Experience required:
- Hygiene and/or industrial cleaning experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible approach
- Good communications skills
- Team player.
- Experience within a food manufacturing environment or similar desirable
