Description
- Drive sales growth by effectively communicating product value to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow-up on aged and live quotations with intent to win and close
- Collaborate with the wider sales team and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Timely customer issue resolution closure and related customer communication
- Utilise customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular progress reports to management.
