Our client is a rapidly growing PE backed ERP providor with a strong reputation in their markets as the go to system of choice. They are looking to leverage this reputation and being to aggressively grow their UK & EMEA market share. With a strong marketing team supporting the sales function and a world GTM strategy they are set up in the best to achieve their results.  Double OTE on offer with very realistic targets in place to over achieve on this, they want their sales people to be motivated by targets and not see them as a constant sprint to the finish line.  Key Responsibilities  
  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the UK market.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP and SaaS solutions to key decision-makers, addressing client challenges and illustrating the value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  About You
  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on ERP or SaaS solutions within the UK market.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • A strong network of contacts within the UK market is highly desirable.
