- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on ERP or SaaS solutions within the UK market.
- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to align solutions with client needs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools.
- A strong network of contacts within the UK market is highly desirable.
