Role Overview:As a Luxury Client Relations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for their clients, providing personalised assistance and support. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients feel valued and well taken care of throughout their journey. You will utilise your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to meet client needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information regarding our services.
- Assist clients with bookings, reservations, and any requests they may have, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and anticipating their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing client databases, scheduling appointments, and processing client feedback.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client support role, ideally within a luxury or service-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and the willingness to go above and beyond for clients.
