• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of residential construction projects from concept to completion.• Act as the main point of contact between consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams.• Review and coordinate design information to ensure compliance with building regulations, planning conditions, and technical specifications.• Manage and resolve technical challenges promptly to keep projects on track.• Conduct regular reviews of technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and practical application on-site.About YouOur Ideal Candidate Will
