Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls to effectively address customer queries and process orders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Oversee the entire order process from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with production, sales, and external logistics teams to coordinate order details and delivery schedules.
  • Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create reports, manage client data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring all interactions are documented and followed up on.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
