  • Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, flexible hours between 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)

Join a leading Food company as a Customer Service Executive. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, experienced in handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing client accounts, and coordinating with various departments.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage customer queries and orders efficiently.
  • Maintain and manage current accounts and client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee order management processes from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with various departments including production, sales, and external logistics to coordinate order details and delivery schedules.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office tools to create reports, manage client data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Address and resolve customer issues by providing effective solutions and ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up on.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food production industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work flexibly within the set hours and adapt to changing business needs.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Driver preferred due to the location
