We have an exciting role for a Customer Care Administrator for our client based in Hungerford on an ongoing temporary basis! Customer Care Administrator•    Location: Hungerford•    Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid•    Working Hours:  Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am  - 4.30pm •    Salary: £12.72 per hour to £13.00 per hour

We are looking for a candidate to support the Customer Service team , that is confident and has excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office as well as being able to learn quickly how to use their in-house CRM system. 

Day-to-day of the role:•    Monitor personal email account•    Logging all jobs/defects/snag lists onto Dynamics (In house CRM System)•    Check and follow up on Dynamics dates•    Assist team with chasing subcontractors & site teams for updates on all defects and updating the system accordingly•    Check status of Customer Care orders & follow up accordingly•    Preparing any mail merge letters for developments•    All weekly running of reports and distribution to relevant parties•    Assisting team with technician diaries and workload admin•    Saving all necessary correspondence to Dynamics•    Uploading reports following Managers/technician visits to residents•    The above list is not definitive and other admin duties may arise depending on the business needs
