Location: Hungerford

Hours: 35 Hours Monday - Friday 9am -5pm and 2 out 4 Saturday 9am-12pm

Do you have experience in leading a team of individuals, providing excellent customer service and working with a wide range of customers?

Do you enjoy variety in your workload and want to expand on your leadership skills?

Here’s what you will be doing:

You will welcome, support, and advise customers on their savings accounts, through a variety of methods. You will be assisting the branch manager in leading the team, the role is varied and interesting and no day will be the same. While your focus will be on providing excellent customer service you will be doing this through cashiering, actioning admin tasks and a whole lot more.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience of working with internal and/or external customers to ensure the highest quality service experience
  • Team leader experience

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and Office365

90-minute competency-based interview held in our Newbury Head Office.

Interviews week of 09 September 2024.
