- Utilize hand sanders, including electric orbital sanders, to achieve desired finishes.
- Operate various power tools safely in accordance with company guidelines.
- Inspect and ensure high-quality standards at every stage of production.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar role.
- Exceptional hand skills and attention to detail.
