Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative graduate to join our client's team as a Junior Sales Administrator that will specialise in the company's digital marketing, social media and Sales administration. This is a brand-new role that would be ideal for a new graduate or individual who has experience and interest in creative media. The role will be based onsite at their Hungerford HQ and is a multifaceted role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Sales:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve set targets individual and team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and update the company website and online presence.

Social Media:

  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels.
  • Monitor social media trends and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Grow and manage the company's social media community via various social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

Graphic Design:

  • Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
  • Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe, Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
