Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative graduate to join our client's team as a Junior Sales Administrator that will specialise in the company's digital marketing, social media and Sales administration. This is a brand-new role that would be ideal for a new graduate or individual who has experience and interest in creative media. The role will be based onsite at their Hungerford HQ and is a multifaceted role is perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in a vibrant and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Sales:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and achieve set targets individual and team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage and update the company website and online presence.
Social Media:
- Create and curate engaging content for social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to customer inquiries.
- Grow and manage the company's social media community via various social media channels like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe, Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
