About the Job: We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team. This role involves handling sales enquiries, managing quotations, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle sales enquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
- Raise and chase quotations to convert enquiries into sales.
- Process sales orders from winning quotes and raise purchase orders on suppliers.
- Manage logistics for overseas deliveries and collections.
- Chase purchase orders and update PO dates and delivery dates as needed.
- Input shipping data into Excel spreadsheets to maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Work experience in sales coordination or a similar role preferred but not necessary.
- Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Driven and goal-oriented, with a clear focus on high-quality customer service.
- Experience in logistics management and order processing is highly advantageous.
