Responsive Personnel are looking for a passionate team leader to join our clients growing team.
Reporting directly into the FLM, you will be responsible for a team of up to 10 within a section of the site.
As this is a very hands on position, we would ideally like someone who has a valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach), but this is not a requirement.
Shifts Available:
Day Shift 06:00 - 14:00 (Any 5 of 7 Rota - 1 weekend a month with 2 days back in lieu)
Responsibilities:
- Leading and Managing the staff within your team on a day - day basis
- Responsible for the H&S compliance within your team
- Working closely with the FLM to ensure all targets and deadlines are met
- Working alongside the FLM to ensure a smooth running within the unit
- Responsible for all HR requirements within your teams (absence management, recruitment, Disciplinary processes etc)
What We Need From You:
- A positive attitude to work
- Previous experience in leading a team
- Previous Logistics Experience
- FLT Licences (Desirable but not essential)
- The ability to work well under pressure and to strict KPI's
