Have you worked with Autodesk Inventor Designer before? 

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a CAD Designer to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to work on job specific projects from the initial concept through to final fabrication/construction. 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £50,000 P/A, depending on experience and benefits will include 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, health cash plan, pension contributions and more! 

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and refining 2D and 3D modelling to meet project specifications, industry standards and relevant guidelines, 
  • Producing fabrication drawings ensuring accuracy and working to project requirements, 
  • Project management,
  • Ensuring all project documentation is organised and managed, 
  • Conducting site surveys and liaising with clients to ensure all data is collated for design and project execution.

The ideal candidate:

  • Must have experience working with AutoCAD in 2D & 3D
  • Will ideally have experience working with Autodesk Inventor, however this is not essential and Autodesk Navisworks would also be desirable 
  • Must also have a background in architectural metalwork, steelwork, staircase design/construction, steel fabrications or metalwork engineering
  • Will need to have basic understanding of building regulations and associated health and safety.
