Are you a detail-oriented and organised individual with strong admin skills? Our client is looking for a strong Administrator to join their team! This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a competitive hourly rate.

As the Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing admin support and maintaining high-quality standards. Working closely with your client relationship manager, you will be responsible for completing various admin tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing orders and coordinating with the warehouse for efficient printing and distribution
  • Assisting account managers and CRMs with stock reports and system adjustments
  • Processing shipping labels and ensuring accurate order references for invoicing purposes
  • Utilising shipping calculators to determine shipping costs and maintaining knowledge of carrier preferences
  • Supporting the team in running KPIs and monitoring order volumes to optimise staffing levels
  • Collaborating with your CRM to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
  • Assisting with invoicing tasks, such as running charge sheets and using logistics management systems

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills, be process-driven, and have strong communication abilities. Proficiency in Windows Office Packages is required, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is vital.
