Join a dynamic Logistics provider, renowned for delivering bespoke logistics services! Our client, based in the beautiful West Berkshire area, is looking for a motivated and dedicated Logistics Account Manager to become an integral part of their team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000.

Location: Outskirts of Hungerford, West Berkshire

Contract Type: Temp to Perm

Working Pattern: Full Time (9 am - 5:30 pm)

Driving Required: Yes

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Logistics Account Manager, you will take charge of individual customer accounts, ensuring smooth operations and effective management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Monitoring Performance: Regularly update and report on KPIs, ensuring both customers and management are informed.
  • Communication: Maintain close relationships with the CRM and warehouse team leaders, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide first-line communication with customers, addressing queries and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Invoicing: Manage accurate invoicing for all accounts, ensuring timely billing in accordance with expectations.
  • Customer Relations: Build and strengthen relationships with customers, attending meetings both on-site and virtually.
