Adecco are delighted to be supporting their Hungerford based client to recruit for an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Assistant to join their team!

You will be provided with relevant training and coaching to allow you to:
- Assist with Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of exciting marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Management: Help manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with our online community.
- Internal Sales Support: Identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to keep us ahead of the game.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organising promotional events and trade shows that showcase our brand and products.
What We're Looking For:We believe that a great attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important as experience! If you have the following, we want to hear from you:
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred (recent graduates are welcome!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
