Location: Hungerford
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum

Necessary Skills & Expertise:
Proven experience in the production of intricate composite structures.
Competency in a range of tasks, which include:
- Mould preparation and handling materials like resins and fabrics.
- Operation of ovens, vacuum bagging, and resin transfer molding.
- Monitoring key process variables such as temperature, duration, and pressure.
- Demolding products, followed by trimming and cleaning tasks.
- Familiarity with both dry fiber and pre-impregnated material handling.
- Adept at manually managing raw and semi-finished materials, as well as final products.
- Proficient with hand-held and power-driven tools for various operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety gear protocols.
- Operational knowledge of diverse machinery, with readiness to undergo training if needed, including CNC Ply Cutter, 3 Axis Router, and Forklift.
- Initiative in recognizing production challenges and suggesting enhancements for better efficiency or technical advancements.
