We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support Financial Planners and clients in all aspects of client service and new business administration.
Key Responsibilities- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
- Supporting financial advisers by preparing client packs, portfolio reviews, and documentation.
- Processing new business applications and managing ongoing client servicing requirements.
- Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties to gather and verify information.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with technical calculations, such as CGT optimisation and top slicing.
- Handling administrative tasks, including updating client records, writing letters/emails, and maintaining internal systems.
- Answering phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing post, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Previous experience in a professional services administration role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial planning software.
