We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to support Financial Planners and clients in all aspects of client service and new business administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, responding to queries promptly and professionally.
  • Supporting financial advisers by preparing client packs, portfolio reviews, and documentation.
  • Processing new business applications and managing ongoing client servicing requirements.
  • Liaising with clients, providers, and third parties to gather and verify information.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with technical calculations, such as CGT optimisation and top slicing.
  • Handling administrative tasks, including updating client records, writing letters/emails, and maintaining internal systems.
  • Answering phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing post, and ensuring smooth office operations.

  • Previous experience in a professional services administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
