Our client is a well-established, leading Roofing business and due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out new and on-going projects across the London and surrounding counties.

This is a permanent role, starting asap.

The Role:

Works on predominantly High-Rise blocks of Flats and Social Housing.

Work with main contractors.

Liaise with the Estimating Department to receive full contract documentation.

Ensure all matters in relation to the tender are understood, including contract terms and conditions.

Responsible for entire commercial operation and reporting to Commercial Manager.

Monitor costs for the project including preliminaries, design fees, utility fees, and materials.

Produce detailed quarterly forecasts and cashflows.

Attend regular internal/external project meetings.

Report monthly cost value reconciliation.

As the project progresses, value and agree payment in respect of variations.

Skills\Experience:

3 years relevant experience.

Experience of undertaking projects independently and seeing projects thorough to completion.
