Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and a great customer experience.
- Manage, train, and motivate bar staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including licensing laws.
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both regulars and new guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Plan and execute events and promotions to attract and retain customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar environment.


Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
