They are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team in December this year. The role would include working alongside the class teacher by helping students who have Special Education Needs and Behavioural Needs. As a Behavioural Support Assistant you will be responsible for supervising and supporting children in small class groups. The specialist school provides education and support for children aged 3 - 19 meaning you will gain experience with a range of ages and become versatile within the position.

The ideal Behavioural Support Assistant would have relevant education or experience with Special Education Needs and an interest in pursuing a career in Psychology, Criminology or Sociology.
