You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the schemes and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to the residents. Both sites have a full time Team Leaders, the services are small services regarding hours of care provided.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
- Deliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met
- Provide management, leadership, and support to all staff
- Ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders
- Ensure that staff are trained for their roles and responsibilities
- Put in place measures to comply with CQC regulations
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Manager in a care setting essential, preferably within extra/ domiciliary/residential care or supported housing
- Excellent communication skills
- Good management skills and is willing to take on responsibility
- A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
- Knowledge of CQC compliance and regulations
- Level 5 qualification or working towards
