  • Full Time, Permanent contract
  • Based in Hungerford, West Berkshire
  • £25,000 - £27,000 salary per annum
  • 8:30 - 3:30, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing student safeguarding and welfare policies
  • Assessing, reporting and giving feedback regarding students' needs and progress
  • Monitor pupils conduct and behaviour throughout the school day
  • Collaborate with SLT to ensure high quality personal care of the students
  • Promote and encourage independence and personal development
  • Work with students on a 1:1 and group basis on education programmes
  • Cooperate with colleagues, professionals and parents with education plans

  • Deliveringteachingmaterial in the absence of the Class Teacher
  • Understand and assist the Class teacher's curriculum and enrichment to plan, prepareand implement different activities

  • Mentor and provide role model guidance to new staff and less experienced TAs
