What You'll Do:

As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Shipments: Manage the scheduling and tracking of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment data using our state-of-the-art software systems.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between suppliers, warehouse teams, and customers to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyse reports on logistics performance to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the team.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackle logistical challenges with a positive attitude and creative solutions!

What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Communication skills
  • Organisation skills
