Role: Bar Manager Location: Hunstanton, Norfolk

Salary: £32,000 Basic + £5,000 - £8,000 in Tronc

Hours: 45 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a creative and customer focused Bar Manager to join an established restaurant & Bar. You should have excellent knowledge of sprints, wines and real ales. bringing a high level of attention to detail to your service. This role also has live in for the right candidate.

What's involved?

Must have successfully managed a Restaurant cocktail/wine bar on top of 1 years prior experience as a bartender
Must have Excellent spirit knowledge and basic Knowledge of wine
Develop and maintain an innovative drinks menu with high-quality ingredients.
Monitor industry trends and update the menu accordingly.
Oversee beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
Monitor sales, analyse financial reports, set revenue targets, and control costs to optimise profitability.
