Interim Finance Business Partner (Maternity Cover) | 9 - 12 months | £70,000 - £75,000
I am currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join our Global Manufacturing Client on a maternity cover contract. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and regional finance teams in a collaborative and flexible environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly commercial performance and KPI reports
- Manage month-end reporting, including variance analysis
- Own the budget and forecasting process, explaining variances
- Provide strategic insights and support to the commercial team
- Be the key finance contact for senior stakeholders
- Improve the speed and quality of reporting through automation
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and other business needs
- Act as deputy to the Head of FP&A when required
Key Requirements;
- Fully qualified Chartered Accountant
- Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Experience with management reporting, ERP systems, and process automation
