- Accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Expense and credit card processing
- Supporting financial control and internal procedures
- Managing the purchase ledger and supplier reconciliations
- Payment processing and bank reconciliations
- General administrative support to the finance team
- Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts role
- Ideally AAT qualified or Actively studying ACCA/CIMA
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
