* Processing all membership applications from website.* Issuing annual membership documents and web access updates. Managing invoices and payments for subscriptions* Updating client database.* Monthly billing of Accredited Training Certificates and sending reports* Training bookings and assessment results * Ad hoc project work* Liaising with Auditors regarding members* Banking Receipts* Allocation of Cash* Managing email traffic across multiple inboxes* Sending invoices daily
