We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced interim Assistant Accountant to join a growing consultancy business in Cambridgeshire. This is a 3-month interim opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate ranged from 16 to 19 GBP and the privilege to work mostly remotely.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Manage expense reporting and tracking.
- Handle prepayments and accruals.
- Provide general month-end support.
- Work closely with financial controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications Required:
- Relevant accounting experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong numerical skills.
- Excellent use of accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
