Your new company A fascinating and exciting construction/archaeological organisation based on the outskirts of Cambridge.Your new role Working to support this small, friendly, and enthusiastic team you will be providing vital administration to the office. Tasks will include answering incoming telephone calls, managing answer machine messages first thing in the morning, facilitating the coordination and organisation of staff to various sites, managing emails, spreadsheets, HR administration, junior PA support to the management team. This role is definitely the type of role that you can get your teeth stuck into and expand/shape your tasks and responsibilities to grow the role. What you'll need to succeedIdeally you will have proven administration experience and an ability to support a busy team in a varied role managing differing workloads. You should be highly IT literate and proficient in working with MS Office.You will be a team player, motivated to deliver exceptional results and committed and reliable. We are looking for someone who has a passion for what they do and who wants to go the extra mile. What you'll get in return This role could be part time (min 22.5 hours) up to full time (37.5 hours per week) but the starting hour must be 7am or 7.30am and to work 5 days per week onsite - the hours are flexible around that and this role provides an ideal opportunity to have a great work life balance.
