They are recruiting for an experienced Orthopedic Scrub Nurse to join an Operating Theatre Department in a Private Hospital in Cambridge.

Orthopaedics Scrub Practitioner Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Caring for patients undergoing procedures.
  • Providing exemplary planned care for patients within the perioperative stage.
  • Assisting in the management and organisation of care provision within the Scrub/Recovery team in the operating department.
  • Acting as either Scrub/Recovery Practitioner across a range of clinical specialities.
  • Working across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Assessing patient needs, implementing and evaluating their care.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will be a HCPC registered ODP or an NMC registered Nurse with no restrictions.
  • At least 1 years Orthopaedics Scrubbing experience.
  • Can work on rotation in different specialities if required.
  • Excellent communication and organisation is key to continue our high standards of patient care.

Schedule:

07:30am - 8pm Monday To Friday / 07.30am-5.30pm Saturday/Sunday. Will have the opportunity to work on rotation for variety.
