Join Our Team as a Customer Account Manager!Location: HuntingdonContract Type: PermanentSalary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annumFull-Time Position

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm

In the office full time and then after probation you will be on the road visiting customer/clients F2F so driving is a must.

  • Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Client Support: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Account Management: Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and a proactive problem-solver. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in account management or customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage with clients.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • A valid driving licence as travel to client sites may be required.
